SHIPPING POLICY — R10 Trading Card

Issued by R10 Ronaldinho Playground, a brand of AI AVATAR Pte. Ltd.

Processing & Production Time All R10 Trading Card products are custom made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time. If your order contains multiple products, the dispatch date is based on the item with the longest production time. We will deliver as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days of accepting your order, except where delayed by events outside our control.

Delivery Options We offer several delivery methods for the safe transit of your order:

  • Expedited (FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL, etc.): typically 2–7 business days, excluding weekends.
  • Standard (in some regions — e.g. USPS, Hermes, Canada Post, AusPost): typically 10–20 business days, excluding weekends.

Where available, we may also offer tax-inclusive (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the goods and the destination, and is shown at checkout. Quoted delivery times are estimates for reference only.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Orders shipped outside the country of production may be subject to import duties and taxes applied on arrival, as well as the customs rules of the destination country. The recipient is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and paying any duties, taxes, or fees required to receive the items. Customs may hold a package for approximately 7–14 days. Shipments that are abandoned or refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.

Restricted Items & Shipping Changes If your order contains goods unsuitable for air or sea freight (for example, infringing designs or inflatable products), we may ship in batches or contact you to change the shipping method. This may mean tax-inclusive delivery is unavailable and additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery, Risk & Ownership Goods become your responsibility once delivered to the address you provided, and you own them once payment is received in full. If no one is available to take delivery, the courier will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If you do not rearrange a failed delivery, reasonable storage and re-delivery costs may apply.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. customs, courier, or weather delays), but we will contact you and work to minimise any impact.
