REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
R10 Trading Card

1. Our Commitment
At R10 Ronaldinho Playground, we work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the R10 Trading Card products that you receive. On the rare occasion that you are unhappy with any product you have received, you have up to 60 days from the date of delivery receipt to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.
Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the R10 Ronaldinho Playground team.
2. When We Will Replace Goods
We will happily replace goods that are:
• Damaged in transit;
• The wrong product or part compared to that specified in your order; or
• The incorrect material or size compared to that specified or supplied in your order.
3. Custom Orders
Where custom jobs have been completed at your request, we are unable to refund or replace R10 Trading Card goods if the problem is due to:
• Your design;
• The end result not turning out as you had hoped (please see Section 5, Samples); or
• International orders that may be subject to import taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable fees required to receive their items, and shipments that are abandoned or refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.
4. Where Is My Refund?
We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method, as set out below.
Credit Card
Once the refund is completed, it usually takes 5 to 15 days for the refund to appear, depending on the processing speed of the respective bank. Where a payment was made via PayPal using a credit card, a refund can take between 1 and 2 billing cycles to complete, depending on the card issuer. A credit card billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days — roughly one month.
Debit Card
When you pay with your debit card, it will generally take up to 5 business days for your refund to be completed; however, depending on your card company, some refunds may take up to 30 days. If we are unable to apply the refund to your debit card, we will add it to your PayPal balance.
Bank Account
When you pay with your bank account, we will automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete. Some refunds may take up to thirty days, depending on the status of the payment at the time the refund was issued. For example, if a payment was still ‘Pending’ at the time of refund, the longer timeframe is most likely, depending on the bank involved.
PayPal Balance
When you pay with your PayPal balance, the refund will go to your PayPal balance on the same day.
PayPal Balance Plus Credit Card
When you pay with a combination of your PayPal balance and a credit card, the refund will be split accordingly. The amount due to your balance will be issued on the same day. The refund to the card can take between 1 and 2 billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.

5. Samples
We provide a sample service, and you should expect to produce several prototypes of your R10 Trading Card design before going into final production. This gives you a clearer insight into how your final design will look and helps to avoid any disappointment once you have received your finished products.
6. Returns Process & Shipping Costs
Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of our team. Once instructed, returns should be sent to:

• If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the courier company you choose.
• If the return is due to our reasons — for example, the goods received are damaged or incorrect — the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 30 days, provided that production has not yet started. If your cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped (and not during production), and within the cancellation period allowed, the order can be successfully cancelled.
8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 Delivery Options
We offer a number of delivery options for the safe transit of your R10 Trading Card order. Common options are:
• Expedited (FedEx, TNT, UPS, DHL, etc.): typically 2–7 days, excluding weekends; and
• Standard (in some areas, e.g. USPS, Hermes, Canada Post, AusPost): typically 10–20 days, excluding weekends.
Where available, we may also offer tax-inclusive (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping methods. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the goods and the destination, and will be displayed to you at checkout.
8.2 Delivery Times
Courier delivery times are estimates for reference only and do not include production time. If your order contains a variety of products, the dispatch date is based on the product with the longest production time. We will deliver as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days after the day we accept your order, except where delayed by events outside our control.
8.3 International Duties, Taxes & Customs
If you order products to be delivered outside the country of production, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied when the delivery reaches its destination. International shipments may also be subject to customs regulations in the destination country or region.
The recipient is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for paying any duties, taxes, or fees required to receive the items. Customs may hold a package for approximately 7–14 days. Shipments that are abandoned or refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.
8.4 Restricted Items & Shipping Changes
If your order contains goods unsuitable for air or sea freight (for example, infringing designs or inflatable products), we may ship in batches or contact you to change the shipping method. This may mean you cannot enjoy tax-inclusive delivery and may require additional shipping fees.
8.5 Delivery, Risk & Ownership
The goods become your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. You own the goods once we have received payment in full. If no one is available to take delivery and the products cannot be left safely, the courier will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If you do not rearrange a failed delivery, we may charge reasonable storage and re-delivery costs.
9. Intellectual Property & Artwork Assets
9.1 Your Artwork Files
All R10 Trading Card products are produced in accordance with the artwork files you submit. Please ensure that all artwork files are correct. We do not accept responsibility for defective products where the defect is due to an error in the file you submitted, incorrect measurements you provided, or files that do not comply with our product guidelines.
9.2 Proofs & Approval
If you request a proof of your artwork before production, we will provide one. Once you approve the proof, it is deemed correct and ready for production, and we will not accept liability for any errors that were not corrected before you authorised the proof.
9.3 Ownership & Third-Party Rights
You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the artwork and assets you supply. If you provide artwork files owned by a third party, R10 Ronaldinho Playground (a brand of AI AVATAR Pte. Ltd.) shall not be responsible for any liabilities, costs, damages, or losses arising from any claim of actual or alleged infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights in connection with our use of your files.
If we have reason to believe that the artwork files you supply are not your intellectual property, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and halt production.
9.4 Prohibited Content
We may end the contract and stop production if any artwork files contain materials that are:
• Defamatory of any person;
• Obscene, hateful, or inflammatory;
• Sexually explicit or violent;
• Discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; or
• In infringement of the intellectual property rights of any other person.
9.5 Our Brand Assets
All trademarks, logos, card designs, and other brand assets of the R10 Trading Card and R10 Ronaldinho Playground brands remain the exclusive property of AI AVATAR Pte. Ltd.. Nothing in this policy or in any order grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these assets except as expressly permitted in writing.
9.6 Governing Law
This policy and any contract formed under it are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
10. How to Contact Us
To raise a problem, request a return authorisation, or cancel an order, please contact the R10 Ronaldinho Playground team with your order number and a clear, concise description of the issue. Remember that all claims must be made within 60 days of receipt of delivery.
