SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS  POLICY — R10 Trading Card

 

Orders shall be delivered through the courier and logistics services of R10's designated shipping partner, currently VOGRACE (the "Shipping Partner"). By placing an order and making the payment, you acknowledge and agree that the transportation, delivery, tracking, handling, return, and related logistics services for your order shall be performed by the Shipping Partner in accordance with relevant policies of the Shipping Partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Shipping Partner shall be solely responsible for any loss, delay, damage, misdelivery, failure of delivery, return processing, or other matters arising from or relating to the shipment, transportation, delivery, or return of your order. Any claims relating to such matters should be directed to the Shipping Partner in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.

R10 shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, errors, losses, damages, or failures attributable to the Shipping Partner, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You also agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R10 from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the shipment, delivery, return, or refund of your order, except to the extent caused by R10's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
